Título: Universal behavior of the Shannon mutual information of
critical quantum chains
Resumo: von Neumann Entanglement entropy has been playing an important role in describing quantum phase transitions in many body systems since a decade ago! In one dimensional critical quantum systems the von Neumann entanglment entropy follows a logarithmic behaviour which the coefficient of the logarithm depends on the universality class of the system. In this talk I will introduce yet another measure (mutual Shannon entropy) which is in close connection with what one can measure easily in most of the experiments and have similar behaviour as the von Neumann entropy. After introducing the measure I will make some conjectures regarding the mutual Shannon entropy. The conjectures will be confirmed analytically in harmonic oscillators and numerically in Potts models, XXZ chain and Fateev-Zamolodchikov model!
